1. The Hotel reserves the right of admission.
2. The Check-out time is 11:00 AM. The Guest room should be released by 11:00 AM on the date of departure. Should the guest fail to Check-Out the room, Management is authorised to charge half day rate until 18:00 hrs and full day rate thereafter.
3. All occupants need to provide their photo ID with address during the Check-In Process.
4. Storing of articles of a combustible or hazardous nature by the guest is strictly prohibited.
5. The Hotel will not be responsible for any valuables left by the Guest in the Rooms or accept any liability for losses occurred during the stay.
6. Outside visitors are not allowed in the room at any point of time.
7. In case of default in payment of dues by Guest, the Management shall be entitiled to a lien on the luggage and belongings and to detain the same and sell or auction such property at anytime after the date of departure without reference to the party.
8. Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the Hotel property caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
9. All disputes are subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction only.
